We have a 3200 Dutchman Voltage on order and I was reading their Facebook Page and read some horrible reviews about quality. (Voltage reviews 1&2 under comments)Would current owners please let me know the good and bad of this product. If bad did they take care of the problems. If yours is a 2012 built have they improved quality control? I have a very looooooong PDI list to check rig but concerned about all the issues. Thanks

I purchased my 2012 Voltage 3905 in December 2011. My wife and I have been living in it since then. Since I am still working we have not traveled with it other than the 70 miles from the dealer to the campground. So far everything works great. Have had a lot of rain some of it very heavy and no leaks anywhere. We are going on a short trip in two weeks so are taking it by the dealer for a few warranty repairs.

About a one foot section of the awning has pulled out of the mount on the side of the trailer.

After about one month the electric side of the water heater stopped working. Propane side works just fine.

The switch for the bathroom vent has failed.

All are very minor problems. I really like the unit. The A/C and heater work great, and we really love the layout.

Our unit had some minor problems with the main slide when we took delivery but they replaced the control module and all is fine. The movement is slow but it does open and close properly.

We have a 2012 Voltage 3795 with the Epic Package. We purchased it from Camping World at the Hershey Show. When we went to pick the unit up (and do a complete PDI) it was clear that the unit came straight from the factory and was not prepped in any way. That being said, we refused delivery after noting every issue we could find. I contacted both Dutchman and Camping World that day. Much to my surprise (and utter delight) they both responded and not only took care of each and every issue, but kept us in the loop along the way. They delivered our rig right to our door and have been amazing with any question or issue we have had. The quick and thorough customer service we have received (from both Dutchman and Camping World) have been amazing! fyi..we upgraded from a KZ Inferno 4005 (where there was absolutely no customer service or support - from the KZ or the selling dealer in NJ).

I thought that our electric side of hot water didn't work but I discovered that the lines were reversed. The hot side runs cold water and cold hot. I can also get hot if handle is positioned in the middle. When I get a chance I'm going to switch the lines.

Just a update to say that we purchased a 2013 3200 Voltage Epic. Took it out last week and the only major problem we have is that the slide wheel has damaged our floor. Otherwise minor stuff I can fix myself. Having fun making mods for our new fulltime home and planning where to go next.

Dave-
Yeah, we were shown that one the next morning after our walkthrough. It still doesn't heat up, even after leaving it on for a couple of hours. Not a major thing, especially in a campground where I pay for electicity, but a nice to have when I'm at one I dont pay for it.

Did you turn on the electric switch on the hot water heater as well as the switch in the cabinet?

The switch near the left side of the hot water heater should have a small hitch pin in keeping it in the off position so you can't accidently turn on the interior switch and burn out the element. Pill that pin (and save it) and turn the switch on.

Well, I've been living in my 3600 for the last month, and have not noticed any major issues yet. A relatively minor issue is that the electric side of my hot water heater doesnt work, but the LP side does, so it's not the end of the world. Another minor issue is that I dislike (and my wife HATES) the "memory foam" mattress that came with the epic package. We love that it's heated but it's like sleeping on a brick. Sometimes that's ok, but we are looking forward to having the time and space to swap it with our Tempurpedic out of the sticks and bricks.

The Voltage tows like a damn dream, and as this is the largest trailer I've ever towed, it really helps my confidence.

Overall, the Dutchmen team REALLy helped me out, as they installed grab bars all around the RV to make sure I don't fall (I'm an amputee.)

Looking forward to seeing other comments and concerns.

I tried every which way and it did work with only the first set of steps out. Still thought that it would be workable either way if it was a little(10") longer.

Ours too, noticed it when I first got home and wanted to check the air in the spare. The spare had been installed with the valve stem facing up, so I ran it down and flipped it over to make it easier to check later.

Hay Guys, Just for the heck of it tried to lower the spare tire on the 3200 and found that the handle that came with the trailer is not long enough to get past the stairs so that one can turn it in a full circle. I had my machine shop add 10 inches to the handle and it now does not hit the stairs and I can get the spare up and down with ease. It only took a year for me to think I should try to lower the spare and make sure it was the same as the other tires and at full pressure.

I have found Dutchman to be open and helpfull so far with the few minor issues I have had. They respond well to e-mails and are helpfull when they do. So far I am glad I bought the Voltage and have had only minor issues that are easly corrected. Would I change a few things sure, have I? Yes, but I feel it is a good Toy Hauler that fits me well with good support on my issues so far.

My Fuzion also creaked in the kitchen. My new Voltage coming next week has a vacuum bonded floor in the main coach (so they say) but I'm sure the bedroom is OSB on alum. joists.
