We love our 2015 337RLS reflection! WE have had a few problems but nothing huge, and easy fixes. Grand Design has great customer service. Example, our decals on the front cap were starting to get pitted looking so called Grand Design, sent them a pic of it. Customer service called me and said that was not under warranty but out of good faith they would send us replacements and they did!! Our only problems have been with the dealer we bought it at. Takes way too long to get stuff fixed!. You cant go wrong!!! Tara

I have had three Forest River products and now a GD. Quality is about the same as most RV frames, furniture, appliances all come from the same companies. Since they all use Lippert frames you can find nearly identical floor plans with multiple companies. As far as workmanship of the workers themselves go - they also seem to be about the same. I have found some poor workmanship on all of my RV's.
With most FR products you can buy an extra year warranty for around 100 bucks. GD doesn't offer this; however GD has been known to repair parts for free out of warranty. They will also ship the part directly to the customer and let you install them. They also have just started selling parts directly.
So my play on GD is it's an average RV at an above average price but for that higher price you are getting very good customer service.
Will I buy another? It depends upon how much more it costs me than a comparable FR or other brand's product. If the GD is lets say $5000 higher than an equivalent FR then the chance of me getting that back in a replacement parts out of warranty is not very likey. Now for 1-2k I would more than likely by another GD.

Good luck with your decision.

We have had very good luck with our GD 337. The Customer service has been outstanding. I don't know how it will be going forward since Winnebago bought them out.

The 337 does not have a "pass through bath".

Right. The smaller ones do, though.

We purchased ours this time last year. This is our 3rd 5th wheel and by far our favourite. We love the floor plan and effective use of space. Grand Design's customer support is outstanding. This has been the most trouble free of the three we've owned.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Grand Design. If you purchase a 337 you won't be disappointed.
Good luck.

My 337 weighs 3,100# on the pin. Too much for my 3/4 ton so I went to a 1 ton. So many folks tow with a 3/4 ton, as I did for 2 years, without trouble but obviously over the "legal" payload.

As far as GD and the 337 in specific goes, this is our 6th RV, 3rd 5th wheel, and our absolute favorite. We've had very few problems or complaints. Only 2 original warranty issues repaired when we purchased and they were minor, exactly 2 years ago, but, like ALL RVs, many little things I have fixed or modified over the years.

There is a thread on the Grand Design owners forum that scale weights are mostly over 3,000 lbs so if you interest in staying under your GVWR of 2500 probably isn't going to happen.

I have a 303 RLS that I purchased in Sept. Love it. What convinced me on GD was the customer service and the quality of the rigs. I spent about a year looking at all makes and specific models. Came down to 3 and GD won out.

I've found that Grand Design is no better or worst than any other camper for the money. The consumer support is outstanding compared to others I have owned. There is a very active group on facebook if you're interested. https://www.facebook.com/groups/GDRVowners/
