I noticed that the Administrator/Moderator edited my post and removed one letter and substituted "h" for "s", I have been around for a long time and I still use old names for a few things like "-ex" bolts and Cotter Keys. I'm sorry, that's what I was taught.

I've heard that style nut called a "Truss" nut too.

Yeah, that's the good thing about Fastenal or Graingers: you can take the old nut and bolt in and compare the parts.

This seems to me to be your best solution, I don't know off hand what the thread sizes are for Tork screws so while there are a lot of substitutes for your nut, it's hard to say which supplier to send you to. There are a wide variety of T nuts and hex bolts but you would need to search further to find one that is acceptable.

You need a Torx barrel nut, and bolt. The washer may be a separate part, mine was. You can find them at someplace like Fastenal or Graingers.
