I am so glad that we kept our 2005 Ford F-250 6.0 diesel. Runs on all kinds of diesel fuel, 55, 10% and 15% bio-diesel blends. Just covered 4258 miles without a problem and not having to add that damn DEF! We keep it in a metal building when we aren't using it. Never had a problem with the engine. Wish that the federal government would leave us alone!

If the Fed's didn't pass some laws we all would be drowning in air and water pollution. We can't keep pumping******in the air and expect to breath...

Question regarding motor clubs/Roadside assistance...where do they tow you? Would they have towed us to a campground? Do they tow both camper and tow vehicle? I am just curious because I really need to look further into this. Thanks!

We got about 30 miles from Chama, NM and vehicle message came on stating "cleaning exhaust filter.
I am confused. My 2013 has never given me a message when regen is going on. Only way I know is increased RPM when stopped.
It takes approx 30 minutes of preferably highway driving to regen the DPF. If you are puttering around town and shut off the truck during the regen it tries to pick up where it left off the next time you drive but if it still doesn't get to complete eventually you will get the "Cleaning Exhaust Filter keep driving" message.
