Where did the op say he ordered a SRW? The F-350 also comes in a dually.

Felt fairly at ease before pulling around my old set up, but feeling a little anxious about my new added length. Any advise please.
REALLY??? 42' 12,000# 5er. Why talk unloaded weight? Looks like your GVWR is around 15,500#. Fully loaded you may want to check your trucks rear axle weight.
Since it's in the ordering stages I would highly advise they change the POS "E" tires to some quality "G" tires.
Good point Cummins.
OP, hopefully you ordered your truck with 18" tires and a 7230lb RAWR. You get that 7230 rating when you order the All Terrain tires. If not, your RAWR will be 6780lbs with 18" All Seasons. If you ordered 17" tires you get a meager 6340lb RAWR.
Also, your payload for that truck will be around 3600lbs out the factory door. If the dealer said it is a lot higher? They don't know the facts.
That trailer will have a pin weight of ~3000lbs+. Going to be a close for payload but not too extreme.
