This is misleading -- it sounds like you have to use doctors and health facilities in your state.
It depends on the health plan and provider you select. Some only have in-state networks, others are nationwide.

Many full-timers are old enough to be on Medicare which is totally unaffected by ACA. We have a Medicare supplement we can use anywhere in the US.
