Air horns

I have a 1989 Fleetwood/Bounder that I am in the process of restoring. It has a little horn that sounds like it belongs to a volkswagen bug. I would like to put something on the RV that would alert others. I do not want to be obnoxious in the sound. Would a train horn be obnoxious. Anyway, just trying to be safe out there with the ability of alerting other drivers.
Looking for any comments about RV horns.

I saw one on ebay recently that looked good. The seller had an air horn packaged with a Viair on board compressor. You'd be able to air up your tires (practical point to sell the wife on the system) as well as have a nice horn.

How much air does it take to operate them?

Not as much as you would think



70 - 90 PSI, volume is about 5 CFM, I will have a separate air tank and compressor (electric).

Coast Guard rates them for four miles, they are not all that loud, but very deep in tone.

Have a pair of fire truck Horton Emergency air horns, but too loud for normal use, so keep them in garage with their mounting supports.
