Yep! See the second picture (image 2) on the drivers side rear corner. It could be a fairly easy fix if there are no water intrusion issues. But if there are and there is water damage, that's a deal breaker. There also could be more delam under the larger coach window in image 2. I would consider the delam a major issue. IMO at $21,500 and that age . . . . . I would walk away. It looks a little short of 25 feet also. (image 3) But, . . . it is a low mile 4wd diesel, interesting.

Wow, that engine and transmission should be good for 300,000 miles. With 4x4 it seems rare.

X2 Great vehicle to travel in the snowy country with that 4X4. That Cummins is a beast of an engine and I believe is without all the electronics. That would pull nicely......

What a clean MH.

I'd buy it just for the real bath tub in it! :B

It's close to where I am at right now. Maybe will go look at it later today for a friend of mine that's looking for a used smaller Class C.

I remember when those came out. Motorhome magazine made a big deal out of them but predicted failure in the marketplace because they were built on a pickup truck chassis.

Doesn't look too bad...but those 90's pink and blue stripes GOD is that HORRIBLE.

...I remember back in the 90's everyone made fun of the 70's orange and green and brown earthtones. Now, those colors have been back in for a good 10 years and NOTHING looks worse than 90's pink and blue with whitewashed oak cabinets decorated with shiny gold hardware. Ick ick ick...
