Microwave venting inside MH

So it seems a lot of the MHs and perhaps TTs Microwaves vent inside the MH while my old TT vented outside. Not happy with that because it means the cabinet above microwave take the brunt of the heat and grease. So I'm wondering what folks do to help ...

Fluid change for Allison 3000 transmission

Just had my Allison 3000 transmission changed W/ new filters . The mechanic used Valvoline DEX VI ATF fluid. A full synthetic fluid. My question is will this fluid be OK for the Allison trans.
