Genturi mount question?

Looking for ideas on how to support a Genturi to the side of the motorhome? I don't want to drill holes and screw a mount into the side of my motorhome. The Genturi goes by a window and I was thinking some suction cups on the glass, what do you thing? Open to suggestions. Thanks
Brian

I just slip the mount hooks between the basement doors and the upper body, works fine

Brian, on Johnny T's sticky list when you first get on the website it's Johnny's 4th post down click on that and I believe it's the fourth post down they have a website and parts list for the Genturi! I wanted to mention it incase you didn't see it! Good Luck

I made a removable bracket that connected to coach between two bay door panels. A little bit of work to make, but works well.

Here's an old thread that shows what I use, suction cup dent pullers; cheap and they work really well,

My Genturi came with double sided tape to stick the little square widgets onto the side of the RV. Worked just fine.

Same here. I have used this set-up for over three years with no issues.

The only addition I made for mine was a 1" thick fairly rigid foam standoff that has a hole in it that fits the tube snug and has a base that rests against the window frame. On my coach it is right at the joint of the two extension tubes. Without it the wind would bang the vertical tubes against the side of the coach at times.

Suction cups will work perfectly. I went that route rather than installing the brackets that came with it.

I use the provided brackets as well, but a friend of ours uses a couple of additional bungee cords to hook the attached bungees to a window channel that the Gen-turi passes by.

I use the little square hook brackets that ome with it. The sticky back seems to work fine.

I've seen several Genturi installations that use heavy-duty double suction cups with a release handle (similar to what glass installers use), one near the bottom of the pipe and another about as far up as you can comfortably reach. The Genturi pipe is fastened to the suction cup holder with its normal hardware.

As long as the paint surface is fairly clean, they seem to hold quite well.
