Jim โ I had the same โlatchโ break. I went to our local dealer & they ordered me one from Fleetwood.
I have an issue that I need to resolve. The amber lens cover for the porch light has faded & is becoming brittle. Yes, we store our MH outside. A few years ago, when this happened, we were able to order โjustโ the replacement lens. Now, Iโm told that they are no longer available & I would have to buy the complete light fixture in order to get the lens cover.
We also have used MH all winter & the main reason we donโt winterize. Weโve made 2 trips in Nov.; 2 in Dec.; 1 in Jan.; 1 in Feb. & have one planned this month. Then, we have to put other travel plans on hold for โhopefullyโ a very short time while DH recovers from radical prostatectomy (Prostate Cancer). Itโs in the early stage & contained within the prostate. The outcome is promising!!
Keep us in your prayers!!

On my 37C I just removed the bedroom LCD TV from the cabinet and mounted it on the side of the cabinet in front of the Bedroom window. All the wiring needed is right there and when we travel I just pop the TV off the mount, lay it on the bed. My wife just love the new cabinet space where the TV had been after I put a cabinet door on the opening.

Spa by Oxygenics -- we purchased one about a year ago.
The best shower ever. Again, worth every penny. Nice Christmas gift too!
Cathy
We bought one a few weeks ago, but haven't had the chance to install it. We've heard so much about it!! Can't wait to try it!!

Your maybe 5+yrs out of warranty. I'd be careful with the awning you have. Too bad it was noticed sooner. Rain is the big problem because it will not dump. Good luck.
