It is at a Bergys Truck Repair. They have a large facility with about 20 bays. It just bothers me that such a big place can be so slow and unresponsive. They are the biggest around and seem to be unconcerned about my business. As it stands, they've removed one of my calipers a month or two ago, so I couldn't drive it elsewhere even if I wanted to. Maybe a mobile mechanic could save the day.

I think it matters if an appointment was made or if you just dropped the coach off for service, unannounced.

How long have had you had your motorhome in the shop for?
I brought my rig in on July 13th for some brake work and a new alternator.
It took them 3 weeks to even look at it. Another 8 weeks later, they conceded that they couldn't locate new calipers. It took me 5 minutes of web searching. I gave them the parts and now they are still dragging their feet.
They are the only game in town, otherwise I'd go anywhere else.
I'd do it myself, but I don't have the heavy equipment for it.
