Whats your favorite adult beverage??

What's your favorite beverage while relaxing anound the campfire..or not(for those that dont do campfires)????

Never liked the taste of beer, so, looong looong ago, in my younger days, it was rum and coke. Now its flavored vodkas mixed with some juice. #1 is Abslout Ruby red grapefruit flavored vodka with orange juice...

May 3rd, I'll be sittin by the fire sippin away....:)

A little bourbon in the evening. In the morning I like coffee with a shot of Baileys Irish Cream and a shot of Patron Cafe flavored Tequila. Couple of those and you don't care if your eggs are fried or scrambled.

For a cocktail, Dark & Diet on the rocks.
(Diet Coke with dark rum, but it has to be Cruzan Rum made on St. Croix where we used to live. Can't find it often on the road.)

We keep a box of red wine in the RV to have a glass with dinner.

Or sometimes we sample local beer. Some good ones in Moab, Utah. Last summer enjoyed Keith's Pale India Ale when we were in Halifax. My favorite though was the Quidi Vidi Iceberg Beer in St. John's, Newfoundland. Actually made from icebergs. The tour of the little brewery is a lot of fun.

Beer. Miller Lite, Blue Moon, Coors Light....or whatever my neighbor offers me. 🙂

Favorite hard liquor - Dewar's Scotch with a splash of water. 2 reasons - Scotch is an acquired taste so folks that show up with nothing but a thirst usually don't like it, and water is a generally available mixer.
Beer - 2nd choice is any other beer. First choice is Batch 19. Not generally available yet because its new, but worth the hunt. Miller produces it from a recipe that was created pre-prohibition. Tasty.

My favorite beer is the one in your cooler, a rum and coke is nice from time to time, or a glass of wine, other then that a nice glass of un-sweet tea.

Right now I am enjoying a glass of red wine.

WE have a travel day tradition.....after completely set up we sit back and have a couple shots of a really good tequila


Or we have a cocktail(s) of a really good rum


Really depends on which one we have on hand. Both are sometimes difficult to find.

As a substitute a tall glass of a Merlot.
