DW also had sensitive smell and taste, when we were still just camping, with current unit, I blew the lines, no antifreeze in FW system!!
That and most of the parks we would go to in the PNW winter were NOT full hookup. So flushing the lines was a big issue.

Once you get it out, the best solution is to not use antifreeze in the potable lines.

I spose that when you winterized, you bypassed the water heater and sucked the antifreeze out of the jug instead of dumping it in the water tank?

Not only full member, but nearly 10 yr member. Hey...when wife is snarling/upset, it is hard to think.

I think the peroxide treatment will help, but suggest using a higher quality anti-freeze in the future.

1st Drain the strainer on the pump, 2nd drain water heater, 3rd add a bottle of hydrogen peroxide to the water tank, 4th run all taps for a bit, 5th drain fresh tank and refill with fresh water

Flush with more water would be my first option. Some apply baking soda when trying to remove bleach smell after sanitizing - maybe that might help. Antifreeze smell isn't a common subject but maybe try using the forum search feature? You sure you used RV antifreeze?
