The carrier mishandles the product. You’re just sour because fed ex / ups is lazy and doesn’t treat anything with care. Welcome to service after covid. No one cares.
this is NOT the company’s fault. I have had great experience with them.
people will go out of their way to leave a bad review but when they are happy they just keep about their life mind don’t tell anyone. It’s a shame you are misled by thenangry trolls out there that don’t realize it is out of their hands once a delivery service picks this up.
sorry they are not walking it to your door for you. Poor thing.

I would contact the shipper and ask them how to proceed. The whole world does not operate like Amazon.

I think it wise to actually go see what your buying, not ordering everything online. Even at the stores I often see the stock people put items on top or in the front that are slightly flawed in hopes of getting those sold to an impulsive buyer.
Seriously? You want this man to drive from California to Kentucky to buy a used toilet? You're mean!

I wonder if the Covid shutdowns had anything to do with it? Giving people time off to think about their future changed a lot of lives....mostly for the better, but, not good for lower paying job openings.
