I narrowed it to the Step Above and Torklift Glowstep and decided on the Torklift. One concern I had while deciding was how far out the MorRyde needs to deploy. I store ours in an area with limited space next to it due to the rig stored there. With the Torklift Iโve had a few times I could not deploy them fully, but still far enough to safely get in. With the MorRyde I would have not been able to. Recently when I was taking the trailer back to storage someone with the MorRyde had pulled their rig out a bit just to deploy the steps. I would give some thought to if you ever got to a spot you couldnโt get the steps out how you would handle it.

They look okay, but they would have to be cleaned good before you flip them back inside. They sure won't work if you have to store you trailer close to another trailer. We only have a foot or two, so definitely a no go.
Why do you get your steps that dirty? Mine come down on the awning matt, and stay pretty clean. Just need sweeping off.

If you don't, or can't, use an awning mat, and the area is fairly wet and muddy, you'd be surprised where the mud and dirt will go. Or sand from the beach. Or wet leaves on the ground. If you camp somewhere other than on a concrete pad, the dirt has to go somewhere.
The OP asks what people thought of the steps, so I said what I thought. Don't get too upset about how I do things.

We have the MorRyde 3 step version. One of our best mods. Very sturdy and better for us old folks. We donโt even put the stabilizer jacks down at home anymore. We tend to keep our steps brushed off anyway so we donโt track much dirt in so that hasnโt been a problem and weโve never been anywhere near close enough to anything that we couldnโt use them, although we do have 2 entry doors so that wouldnโt be a problem either.
