Maybe. Britts is at Carolina Beach. About 90 minutes away. Still, Not too far for a Britt.

Yes, I'm goin. And on a recent thread there was some question why so many folks like Myrtle Beach so much. Truth is. Even though it has changed a lot, and not so much for the better. It reminds many of us what a trip to the beach is all about. Walking on the beach, Shaggin, on the beach, and in days gone by. The Pavillion, and every little dance joint behind every pier at Windy Hill, Ocean Drive, and Cherry Grove. The Beach Music that was born on the Carolina Coast, and is unique to the area. Chasing girls, and having summertime romances. And Yes, There really was an ....."Under the Boardwalk, out of the sun, under the board walk, we'll be havin some fun, Under the Boardwalk, BoardWalk." And that is what we remember when we stand on the beach and hear "60 Minute Man" and "Summer time is Callin Me". It's where most of us went for our Graduation celebration. It's almost like home.
Now you went and did it! My most favorite place on earth! Went every year for almost 20 years....North Myrtle,Ponderosa,Barefoot camp ground,(all gone now) haven't been there in a few years,but will start here,Lord willing in about 2 years.Will make it our stop off going south and coming back,Enjoy!!! (don't know why my reply came up in the quote box!)
