Another year, Las Vegas has its big motorcycle auctions,January 22-27
Over 1500 cycles are to be offered to me and you.
Every year more and more Japanese cycles and less Harly's, BSA's, Trumph's. I guess it is so hard to clean up the all the oil after pushing them up on stage.
I enjoy looking, but most Japanese cycles aren't what works in myJapanese collection.
About 80% of my collection are 0 mile cycles no matter how old they are.
So big a world, so little time to see.

Very neat, but when I was 7 years old in 1950 and my brother put me on a 125 Harley, I just wanted something that would move forward, freedom, the Harely dealer gave us 25 thosand mile pins by the time we were about 14 years old. From there I went to many cycles, some able to do over 130 mph in a 1/4 mile. But the fact it went forward was great and I never for got that.
So big a world, so little time to see.

Towing my MC's behind my 5er as part of my full timing experience.

So far my HD keeps me awake with it's great sound and shaking, although no dripping oil.;)

I wouldn't worry to much, Harely will close the factory in the future, but there are thousand of this model that don't run well so parts will be every where to buy.
So big a world, so little time to see.

I have seen many motorcycles in campgrounds, so I don’t see a problem with letting people know of a way to possibly get a deal.
And come to think of it there is a pop up camper that is made to be pulled by a motorcycle so I guess this could be the perfect place to post.
I have seen several small pop-up type campers built for motorcycles. Personally I usually take a motorcycle camping with me or a maxi-scooter. Don't know about how well a classic bike would work for a tow vehicle, possibly the odd man out at a tin can tourist reunion.

We too are M/C RV'rs, We've found that using the Harley for sight seeing is just a better way to see things for us. Bikes and RV's go hand in hand in our world, don't know about a vintage bike as a TV, but they would make a great sight seeing rig.

I happen to know quite a few RV'ers that do both. Isn't that part of the reason toy haulers were developed? To take your toys with you?

Yup...less oil mess, and the Japanese cycles are not missing various parts like the SHAKER brands.
