Need list of states where Walmarts have wine!

New Mexico


Does Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Nebraska, Wyoming, Nevada, Oklahoma or wherever else have it? Got to keep hubby in cheap wine! Not paying for the pricey stuff...just box stuff.

Remember, some of the "yes" states could have dry counties where it won't be allowed.

Add Mass to the no list, and NH has state liquor stores so I guess no there as well.

Not a wine drinker but beer and both of those seem to be sold where hard liquor is not so add Tennessee and Louisiana. Though I can only comment on Nashville and New Orleans as local restictions may apply in other locals.

Kentucky is a big *. There are Walmarts in Kentucky that sell wine, but most don’t. Two things make it impossible to answer definitely: First, Kentucky alcohol laws allow counties to choose whether to be wet or dry. Second, state law requires a separate entrance for the area that sells alcohol. Many stores choose not to deal with this requirement.
