They're not meant to be towed. They only have wheels to beat the California tax laws. As a trailer, the owner does not pay real estate taxes. They are very small modular homes, not travel trailers.

I seen one for sale up here on craigslist before. I don't think it was that particular brand but it was pretty much the same concept. They're neat but I would never buy one.

Never seen one in motion......have seen a few set up as 'cabins' in some RV parks.

Back them in to a site.....block them/drop the wheels........skirt them and plug in power/water/drain.

thats kinda cute,
but
how aerodynamic are they?
will they take several thousand miles of towing, rough roads etc?

might be ok for a seasonal unit, set it up and leave it.
