We leave everything we can.
Ours is stored right next to our house, plugged in and ready.
We always have the beds ready to go and some clothing.
Fridge and freezer empty and off but for the most part we keep it
stocked and ready to except for say bread, chips, and other small items
Ours sits in the shade and temps rarely get high and it's always comfortable
inside the unit.

I used to keep the shower gels, shampoo and deodorant in the camper between trips. Then my deodorant melted. Now it (and all medicine cabinet items that cannot handle excess heat) comes out between trips.

TP, shower gels, shampoo, black tank tabs, deodorant, and some anti-moisture box

Paper towels
All kitchen needs (cups, bowls, plates, utensils, spices)
Playing cards, some board games, a DVD
All needed setup equipment (equilizer bars, hoses, etc)
linens
Level
Garbage bags
dog poop bags
broom
roll up outdoor mat
I think that's it. We bring clothes and food the day of. Turn the fridge on and roll out. I will say, I've only had my camper a month so I've only used it in June and July so far.

We do this all the time especially when we come home but leave the rv down south for a couple months. The only thing we have ever removed was perishable food. Everything else stays including cereal, soups and whatever products with shelf lives beyond our return. Never had an issue doing this at least the last 15 years that I can remember.
