Level Up 6 Point system issues

OK I took the camper out this weekend and had a problem with the Level Up system. I Backed into the site and lowered the Landing gear and disconnected from the truck. I pressed the auto level button and all started out well. Usually the curbside rear legs come down then the street side legs come down. The trailer does some adjustments and then all is level. What happened this time is the Curb side legs came down about 2-3 inches. The remaining legs dropped as expected and the leveling process completed without an error. The Curbside legs still in the up position. I put the system in manual mode and was able to lower the legs without issue.

The auto return function worked as expected too. I returned the legs to the retracted position, turned the system off then tried it again and again the same result. After searching the forum, I tried resetting the system (Removing the Fuse) and no change. So the bottom line is the Curbside rear legs will not drop to the ground in auto-level mode but work in manual mode Hoping someone here has some advice.

Thanks!

I had already consulted the documentation that was not helpful

By the way, they said you do not have to disconnect the power to reset level, just do the 10 and 10 with the system turned off. Also said it may take several attempts doing the 10 and 10 as the system is very sensitive to the sequence and timing doing the 10 and 10 procedure.

I called Lippert yesterday and they too suggested the zero procedure. I will try that this weekend. Thank you all who have replied.

You can also download the MyLCI app on iOs or Android- it gives you all the manuals and troubleshooting.
The website tends to be more up to date though.

It just lost it's mind...

There is a reset procedure that might help, though on mine "not always" I'd try that first. You might look at the tank to check the hydraulic fluid as well, though that shouldn't be a problem.

I wish you luck. Manual leveling is still better than having to use boards and jacks.
