WE HAVE A 2006 WINNEBAGO VIEW ON A 5 CYL DIESEL SPRINTER CHASSIS THAT HEATS UP ON LONG UPHILL GRADES. OUR ONLY RECOURSE HAS BEEN TO OPEN WINDOWS AND TURN HEATER TO MAX. IS THERE AVAILABLE A BIGGER RADIATOR?

I'd also check sprinter-source. They are mainly for vans, but might be a resource. I do know of some aftermarket transmission coolers for the T1N series that don't require any slicing open coolant pipes.

IT'S BECAUSE IT HAS 5 CYLINDERS. YOU NEED TO ADD ANOTHER CYLINDER.. IT'S OUT OF BALANCE.

I think you might have better luck / get more help in the Yahoo Sprinter group. They're kind of different from most other RV's, even diesel ones. But there are millions of miles of Sprinter experience in that group. Do a search for Yahoo Auto Groups, then scroll down the list to the Sprinter group.

And yes, please turn off the caps.

Please turn off your caps lock, it's considered yelling.

You're doing the classic fix for overheating. Congratulations on knowing how to do that.
I haven't worked on a Sprinter, but I think I need to ask three questions:
1. Does it have a Thermostatic Fan Clutch? And if so is it clutching IN? You would hear it roar.
2. Are you downshifting or lugging up the grade? More RPM will lighten the load on the engine, the transmission torque converter (major heat source) and provide more cooling since engine's water pump and fan are spinning faster.
3. Have you serviced the Cooling System? Radiator Fins clean outside, Tubes clean inside? New or known good Thermostat?
