Warranty work on WFCO converter

I have a 2014 Apex 215 RBK travel trailer with a converter breaker that throws when plugged into the 110v at the RV park. Everything works fine as long as I have the converter's breaker off. Has anyone had any luck getting warranty work done on this?

Anyone else wishing to donate a working "malfunctioning" WFCO, PM me. Using them in conjunction with 30 watt 36 volt LED modules for lighting. Street light for highway pedestrian crossing my grandkids use, and another for "futbol" field lighting, the only diversion young folks have. As long as I am doing a first-aid station for the village, might as well get buried with projects. The supplies will power an 80 volt converter booster adjusted to 36 volts. 180 watts of LED's for the cobra head street light, and 300 watts of LED's for the soccer pitch (two fixtures). I have 7 2 Farad caps to be used for 12 volt ballasts instead of batteries. Better use for an unused unwanted WFCO than sitting in a garage somewhere. I did get five 80 volt boosters this trip. CFE the national power commission installs the lights and powers them forever for free. I lucked out and have 4 Hubbell 20-amp photoelectric relay modules to control the lamps. Well, back under the lash preparing UPS lighting for the 1st aid station today. Using 3 12 volt fans in series to cool the LED heatsinks. Or a single 317 voltage regulator.

I replaced my WFCO with a PowerMax Boondocker direct circuit board replacement from bestconverters.com. Fairly easy install and a much better unit.

Even if it is covered under warranty, I would pay to replace it with a PD. With my luck, the WFCO would have failed me when I needed it the most.
X2. I've been through three WFCO's and finally put in a PD. All happy now.

IMO always carry a simple portable charger along in case any brand converter quits on you while camping even if on shore power. You can get by on shore power for 120v and battery for 12v, recharging the batts as required with your charger till you can get the converter fixed or replaced.

Then you won't be in a rush in a strange town trying to get a new converter at some outrageous local price. You can do it in slow time after you get home.

When someone tells you to buy the same rig they own, listen, they might be right. When they tell you to buy a different rig then they own, really pay attention, they probably know something you don't.
