Easy way to find out. Put all in a small container and leave where you have no access to them. Within one week of travel you will know what they are and as a bonus, the current price for same. :B

Both look like suspension parts to me

Too large. The blue ones look like a water faucet extra part. The black ones look like extra plumbing grommets/washers (not OEM).

I agree it looks like some anti vibration mount. Could be extra replacement items or some optional equipment not installed.

is a mystery.
The black too big to be oven grate things.
They are a washer of some sort, usually used to suspend an item from vibration or otherwise isolate it from the hard thing it is bolted to. Would be one on each side of the hole with the smaller part going into the hole a bolt going through and metal washers at the end to hold the bolt. Look for something that would be suspended and bolts/screws the size of that hole

Black items are grommets of some sort, and for shocks is a very good guess.

Blue items may be to keep cloth napkins from unrolling? Or if rubbery/silicone-like, they may also be bushings for some suspension system part as well (anti-roll bar perhaps).

the black ones look like grommets for the grate on the gas stove. I might be wrong but that's what they look like to me
