That was my intent, to share it in case someone was holding off for a sale. It is kind of misleading to call it "deal of the day", implies it is on sale all day.

It's not even variable pricing. Deal of the day takes to a whole different level like any other flash sale. Fwiw, I saw the post early enough that I could have bought it, but unfortunately, it wasn't going to work for me.

Typical Amazon - variable pricing - my Prime says $549 this morning. If you find a great price you have to jump quick because it may be gone an hour later.

You can get a similar size Champion Inverter for $452 + fee shipping. These have a long history and as far as I know are very solid..

WOOT is an Amazon subsidiary / affiliate ... they've been running something called a wootOFF the past several days, where they have super low pricing on very limited quantities of product... sometimes a few hundred, sometimes only a few dozen.
