Best bunkhouse under 30ft

I am looking for recommendations on a travel trailer bunkhouse that is under 30ft. I have 3 small children so I would need one of the bunks to be a double. I really want something that gives the most privacy when sleeping but is small enough to still use at campgrounds. I would like to have slides for more room but no tent hybrids. I feel like I have searched every possible TT and cannot seem to find one I really like. Does anyone have one they want to recommend?

Thanks in advance!

I like the Jayco 28BHBE...I hadn't see that model before. We bought an Avenger 28BHS last year and have been happy.

As someone else said, check out the Shadow Cruiser! (Made by Cruiser RV).

We just purchased the 280QBS (wanted 313, but we were not comfortable with weight and our truck).

For extra family space, look for the Mega Lounge floor plan (this is possible in any of the Shadow Cruiser models).

We have had ours 1 month and had it out on 3 trips.... we absolutely love it.

Rockwood Signature Ultralight 8312SS. It is 2 slides with a private room for the kids, 2 entry doors, outside kitchen. 33' 10" tip to tail and we camp in state parks all the time. Length has not been an issue.

Keystone Bullet 294BHS.
I chose this floor plan so the kids have a separate room from the living space. The back room will sleep one over the EC(entertainment center), one on the trundle under the EC, one over the couch, and 2 on the roll over sofa(which is large enough for two adults). I removed the trundle for lots of storage space.
The weights are: dry-5635#, carry capacity-1890, and dry TW 725.
I load 1300# in my 2009 and it tows nicely.

Check out the Shadow Cruiser! I have the 313BHS which is 31'and the bunk slides out. I have had no problem's getting in or out of any CG. I know you said 30' or less but one foot is not that much difference! lots of room in the BH. The master bedroom is private.

We have 3 small kids, 7,5,3 and were in the same boat as you were. Weight not being an issue we went with the Keystone Sprinter 311bhs. It is HUGE. 38ft tip to tail with 2 slides and weighs in at 9K pounds. It could be a monster for some but we are equipped for it and love it. They had quite a few other bunk floorplans that were equally nice but this is what we chose. If the others compare in quality to ours you would not be disappointed.

Check out the Lance camper. If there was a dealer anywhere remotely around here, I'd trade my rig in for this one!

Mine is similar to Doug33's floorplan, except single over double bunks. It works okay, but we do not have two kids share the double yet. 28' box and 32' overall, plus slide out bike rack for another 18". One of my kids sleeps on the jackknife sofa. Now that I have a more capable TV, I'd like a 3/4 bunk model like PrimeTime Lacrosse 318.

My personal suggestion with (3) kids would be to have at least (3) bunks. I think (2) of them in the same bed is going to be a short term solution. Our camper is just under 35' over all. I have yet to see a site where a 30'er would fit but I would not.
