Go drive the Ford 10 speeds also.
I have been with GM for 30 years...that may be coming to an end.

At least with Ram, their diesel is powerful enough to still be competetive with fewer grears. Gas engines have a harder time solving drivetrain shortcomings through pure power. Much like the Ram 6.4 and it its tranny gearing issues. Sure in a couple years they can put a 10 in the Duragas and create more excitement, but I think they overly crippled this new truck by not reaching far enough.
