Great Christmas Present

I just concluded a deal for a brand new 2013 Arctic Fox 990.:B I have wanted one for quite a while. Won't be able to pick it up til mid to late January and will have to drive a looong way to get it. We have family in the area so we were going anyway.

I managed to get a good trade in value for the 5er in my signature. It is a nice camper but buying it was a mistake as its not suitable for the type camping and travel we value. Glad to get rid of it.

My Northstar has served us well and is still in great shape but we decided we needed a little more room for our upcoming Alaska trip as one of our grown up Grand daughters wants to accompany us. After picking up the 990 and transferring some of my goodies from the NS it will be put up for sale. I kinda hate to sell it but don't need two TCs.

If I can figure out how to do it I will post some photos after we pick it up.

How fun for you. We bought a brand new Arctic Fox back in 98 and my wife has never forgiven me for selling it for another RV. If you are ever in the Seattle area I have a campsite on our farm with full hookups, your welcome to stay while you explore and provision for the trek north. I have a daughter who now lives in Fairbanks and we may also drive up to Alaska in the future. All the best in the new year with your new camper.

Thanks for the invitation. We do in fact frequently visit the Seattle area. My wife was born in Bremerton and still has relatives in Auburn and Renton.

Will try to connect up next time we are in the area.

Although I am not a driver, your profile reads similar to one I would use to describe myself.:)

jmckelvy: Congratulations on your new Arctic Fox. A new truck camper makes a perfect Christmas gift. I wish you many a happy journey!

HJGyswyt: Do you ever invite Lance owners for a visit to the farm? Hopefully, I'll be taking my family to Oregon and Washington in 2014.
