HERE I am getting ready to move forward from my 2000 Dodge 2500 diesel with 245000 on the clock. Still looks and runs like a new one. The bottom dollar for the 2013 is $24000. One owner. I am really wanting to know from anyone that has the same year and can tell me the good , bad and ugly about this year truck.

This was a Year old post, but I will address the phone number issue. How many of you have a cell phone? Do you change your number when you move? I was allowed personal use of my company work phone for $18 a month, when I retired I kept the phone number, as that had been my number for 20 years for work and about 10 years as personal.

319 area code, Ocala or Dunnellon is not a 319 area code, unless he came from up north and kept that phone number. Has the owner been easy to reach, will he meet you in the 200 corridor area, it would be about 1/2 way for both of you. Looks like a 2wheel drive for sure. Ask for the picture of the VIN number, both in the windshield and door jam and run some checks on that. Chances are they will never answer that. I believe that 2013 2500 got DEF(Good), but has the older frame/running gear as pointed out. Chris

Yep, and usually no visual license plate. The price is also way high for a scam. They aim for ~4K or 5K. Not enough $$ for someone to go after, and also throw caution to the wind because "It's such a great deal."

I looked at that ad and determined it was a scam within 10 seconds. One of the tell-tail signs is that they offer delivery. People who seek vehicles of this nature usually provide more detail in the ad and have correct nomenclature. What's a "maxi cab" LOL
