Just a thought for this web site...
Why not ID the topic place or what ever.
I really tire of opening a page just to see that it doesn't pertain to anything about my TT or 5er or even motorhome.
Not to be pompous but most stuff for TC's is of little or not concern to most of the rest of us.

I would think it wouldn't take much for RV.com to show the main topic that the poster is asking about.

Just me thinking again.

I think a lot of the problem is with the definition of the word "camper"... if you go to the trailer forum many people refer to their rig as a "camper" ....no folks, it is a trailer, and a camper is a totally different rig. A "camper" by definition on this Open Roads forum is a rig hauled in the box of a truck and does not have any wheels. Truck Campers have their own forum on here for that reason.

I think the OP is clicking on Newest or Active, but even those have the Forum listed on the right.

I'm not understanding how you (OP) are seeing a thread from a subforum and not seeing its forum source listing?

I login directly to a subforum (Truck Campers) so only see posts within that forum unless I go looking at other subforums.

If I login to the sites main index page, say to "Newest" I would see all recent posts-but listed is the forum it came from?

Unless your in one of the general subforums where questions asked/answered can be or are not specific to an RV type owner.

While its awesome there is a self anointed spokesman for the 'rest of us', asking for rose colored glasses sounds like nothing but pompous.
