We are seriously looking at buying a 31BHPR. It pretty much has everything we are looking for in a TT, the only cons we can think of with it is, it has curtains instead of solid doors for the bedroom and bunkhouse....that's about it.

Maybe because this one is so new, But i'm having a hard time finding any reviews or testimonials about them.

This is our first TT, i've rented a couple times and that makes us realize we want our own, we've been researching for months and have narrowed it down to this one.

Is there anyone out there that has any experience with the Bullet line that can give me their opinions?

Thanks!

Picked up my new Bullet Premier 29RTPR Monday at the dealer in Michigan and just arrived home with it today (1,900 mi round trip) Had the dealer install an Andersen WD hitch. It handled really nice. Average speed between 60-65, head winds, crosswinds and tractor trailers had no effect. Had great weather for this time of year and did a Wal-Mart camping in Erie PA. Now it is resigned to my driveway until next spring but at least I finally have it!

We really like our 2012 29RTPR. The widely spaced axles and aerodynamic nose make the towing a breeze with little or no "wind pull" like you mention in windy conditions or when semi's pass. Love it! I also noticed better fuel mileage, anywhere from 1 to 2 miles a gallon weather conditions depending. That adds up! Enjoy your new TT, we sure like outs.

nothing major, but a few nice upgrades:

  • New exterior graphics
  • "Slam shut" front cargo doors
  • New color: Dune (dk, brown cushions, but curtains/bedspread & wallpaper same as godiva)
  • Extra cushioning on dinette backs?
  • New faucet (includes a pull-out spray?)
  • Cupboard & drawer pulls (knobs, not handles) purely a taste issue, but I do like the knobs better
  • Different fridge (handle location is different)
  • Cabinet stain looks a little darker

Hmmmmmmmmmm. I wonder what it would take to upgrade to the slam shut doors.... I wish mine had those. We normally leave the keys in the locks when we are at the camper so when we close them we also lock them to get a tight seal.

Hi, I posted in late September about selling our pop-up, and that the Premier 19fbpr was on our very short list. Since then, we've reduced the list to one. ๐Ÿ˜‰ We might hit an RV show or two in Jan/Feb, but unless we find something new there, we're pretty certain we will buy a Premier before the spring.

Our local dealer received a new 2013 model in stock in October and we drove up there to look it over. (It's still there, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's still available come the new year.) It reinforced how much I liked this model.

I was also pleasantly surprised to see some updates to the 2013 model, nothing major, but a few nice upgrades:

  • New exterior graphics
  • "Slam shut" front cargo doors
  • New color: Dune (dk, brown cushions, but curtains/bedspread & wallpaper same as godiva)

I thought the group might find that interesting. I'll likely be posting more here to ask some questions when we get closer to biting the bullet. (The bullet premier that is.)

Anyone had their water pump want to keep going and not shutting off? I just had this problem this weekend. I check for leaks and I did not see any. Water pressure was good. It just didnt want to shut off all the time after you shut the water off. It also seemed to get worse as the water level in the tank got lower.

Our friends had this happen. Loose connection in the hose restricted water flow. Tightened ...pump stopped.

I will have to find the pump and take a look at it tonight. Thanks,
Pump is in the compartment in front of the laundry chute. We didn't like the loudness of the pump, so I glued 1/2" styrofoam insulation on all sides of the box,put an old mousepad under the pump and wrapped all hoses with old socks that came in contact with anything. We've had our 28rlpr for 3 years now and just love it !!!!

I am glad you enjoyed it, I have the same model. My shower did the same thing. I caulked the bottom rail on each side of the door opening in the corners. I believe that is where the water was getting in and it has since stopped. When I caulked anything else it didn't stop.

I beleive it is a Dexter axle 3500lb if I am not mistaken. I have not had that problem (knock on wood) so I cannot say for sure. What model do you have?

With only a week or so until our average first snowfall here in Alaska, it was time to winterize today. Are there any tips out there for winterization of your units beyond the normal routine? We have a 31bhpr and I covered the tongue jack with a plastic bag (heard that water can get in the housing) and I also put the 4 stabilizer jacks down inside of large garbage bags and sealed them shut. Our last unit's scissor jacks rusted very badly from the winter snow piled up against them. Plus 6 gallons of antifreeze through all pipes, drained water heater. etc.

I also parked with the door side higher a bit so if rain was to get through the slide seals it would not run inside the unit and I put the front of the trailer lower for rain to run off that direction.

I only measured the screws going into the floor. I didnt measure the ones into the table. Sorry, I wont see my TT until Tuesday to do that.

I have a 31BHPR and it came with the folding style table. Never been a big fan of it as I find it hard to fold up and difficult to level. I'm looking at ordering the pedestal style table legs. But I have a couple concerns:

1. They come in different lengths, 27.5,29,31 inches. Anyone have any idea what length I would need. My trailer is currently at a dealer getting some work done so I can't measure anything right now. Would like to have the legs by the time I get my trailer back.

2. Screw length. Obviously, I will have to be very careful fastening the bases to the underside of the table. Also the table is on a slide so it's a little concerning attaching it to the floor.

Has anyone done this themselves? Should I just play it safe and have a dealer do the install?

Thanks

My pedastals are 27.5 and the screws are 3/4". It looks easy enough to do if you are handy at all.

I am glad mine came with the pedastals but I wish it had the booth and not the U-dinette!

Thank you very much. The screws in both the table and floor are 3/4 inch?
