What good RV'er doesn't keep a copy of the movie RV in the camper....we do. Our new 2014 Grey Wolf the kids named it They'll. As the licence plate states as well. The Forest River factory guys that did our warranty repair loved it. Our previous and first camper a 1990 18 foot Kitt Monterey called it our ghetto camper. It looked old and tiny compared to other setups in the campgrounds. It served us well however.

When we bought our little PUP five years ago we decided her name should be Happy. This year we moved up to a TT. After much discussion we decided to keep the name and just go with the fact that Happy grew up!

I'm not familiar with the movie, but if I came across that TT on the road I'd still chuckle for sure. I'm sure that's what the intention is behind it being on there in the first place. Good for them for having a sense of humor. Now let me go do a search on the details of the movie it came from, so maybe I can laugh a little more. :W :W :B

Our sailboat was named Bluewind. Our first camper, a pop up, was Bluewind II, then the cargo trailer conversion, was Silverwind, our present camper is Bluewind III. Part of the original graphics have a stylized sailboat on ocean waves. As soon as I get around to it, I'll have a vinyl graphic made, kinda like a boat transom. Our house is called Windrush. Some type of theme going on, but it escapes me.

Does anyone name their trailer (like boat owners)?
We named ours Elsa. Because my daughter is still young enough to love the movie Frozen.
I have been contemplating painting or sticker the name on the bumper...

Well I've been thinking since we got the trailer. We are "The Travelin' Terrapins" both being graduates of university of Maryland. We found a great large plastic turtle as we returned from our first long trip, as our mascot, and a plastic turtle couple saying "shello" to the campground. Both travel with us and are the first things out on to our site.

My van is "the big blue marble". Still havn't found a name that fits for me for the trailer.

We had a Coachmen several years ago that we called Pete. That was the name of the Dalmatian the original builders had when they still owned it and was the logo for the company.

We named ours "The Nina" because we're always exploring new places, we don't know how long it will take to get there and it's like pulling a big 'ol sail behind us.

May be a statement a bout the TT and poor service.
Back in 1964 a local Service Station owner bought a 421 Pontiac that was a Lemon. Neither the dealer nor area office would make it right.

This was nice shiny black car so he painted door size lemons on the doors,
hood and trunk. After the newspapers picked up the story the factory
bagged hims to sell it back. By then he and his service station was getting
too much PR to get rid of it.

We call ours Murphy because it has a Murphy Bed. Our class A was Dempster because proportionately it was like a loaf of bread and Dempster is a big bread company here.
