In my recent Trip report I posted a couple of Photos of my torklift tie downs and referenced needing a rubber mallet. Of course they had to take notice. What kind of company is this making superior products and providing hands down the best customer service I have ever seen. On top of that everything is made in the USA. Are you kidding me Torklift? Where do I apply for a job and when can I buy stock?

Just recieved a care package in the mail ๐Ÿ™‚

Opened the box to find a handwritten note

Here is their story PLUS they reference RV.net!

And of course a rubber mallet!!! Awesome and nice touch!! Love it.

And some other goodies

And where am I going to Put this rubber mallet?
In my Torklift made bumper of course ๐Ÿ™‚

Thanks Torklift!!

Thanks to a member here, I won't mention his name without his permission, I now have fastguns for my truck on the way. Now all I have to do is find the camper.

Count me as impressed with Torklift customer service. They went out of their way to help me troubleshoot a problem and to replace parts resulting from a poor installation--for free even though the problem was not their doing. The camper manufacturer that did the install was remarkably unhelpful but Torklift came through with flying colors. Kudos!

I'd like to add my voice in praising the folks at Torklift. I had a tie down that broke - I actually think that something I did contributed to the failure - but Torklift insisted on replacing the piece. They were smart, thoughtful and swift.

Easily the best products and services that I have run across in truck camping.

They should buy up one of these truck camper manufacturers. I would impress upon the wife that with that kind of customer service we couldn't afford to go anywhere else.

Great story! I have Glow Steps, Fastguns, Stable Loads, and the bumper on my Northstar Igloo all from Torklift and all excellent stuff. Next up probably the hand rail and then they better introduce new stuff...

Merry Christmas folks you deserve a joyful holiday.

Unbelievable!! Wow!!
Let me try this:
Wow, my new Torklift front Tie-downs Model D2127 sure fit my 2014 Ram 2500 perfectly, but after a long day of driving my back sure gets tired. Sure wish I had a hot tub to soak away my pains:)

just put a set of Torklift tiedowns on my 94 f350. After reading all the good things about Torklift I think I will get aset of fast guns instead of building my own turnbuckles. Now all I need to do is find a 4season camper to put on the truck. Not easy to find in central Illinois.

anutami, thats a real nice rubber mallet that TL sent you. TL should start making them with an ice scraper on one side and a rubber mallet on the other side.
You just have to remember which side to use when clearing off ice . It can also double as a DUI test, if you smash the windshield your NOT good to drive. :B

You know what this is going to lead to ?
Heated 12v. Fastgun tie-downs . Just for us winter truckcamperin folk.

I have been looking around for a new class 4/5 hitch for my truck. This post has made easy my decision on which manufacturer I will be buying -- Torklift.
