What campers

So the wife and I are looking for a new to us camper!! We looked at a few new ones but don't want to go bankrupt, so decided on just going newer than ours witch is a 98 caribou no slide. So after looking a little the wife would like to things witch will not be easy. She wants a slide and a dry bath!!!! yes I know not easy to find.
The caribou 11j has them both but stopped making them in 2003 we would like a little newer. We have a budget of about $20,000. So my question is what models out there have these to requirement's so I may began my search.

1. dry bath

2. slide out

If you liked the 950 but want a dry bath, take a look at the 1050 Tahoe.

Arctic Fox has a few models that have a slide and dry bath. 1150, 1140, 992

We got a 2004 Lance 1071 it has both a dry bath and slide, for $13000, we love it, so much more room with the slide

Dry bath and slide combinations mean that you will have a very heavy camper.
Don't go there. It will be expensive. Make sure that the DW understands that it will require a bigger truck or perhaps a lot of expensive upgrades to your current truck.

There are numerous campers with a slide and dry bath, many with 2 and 3 slides.
It would help to narrow it down if you have an idea of how big you would want to go, tank capacities etc.
If you will be towing, the side door models are nice.
If you plan to pick the camper first and then get the appropriate truck, you will have many options.
I recommend looking at Lance, Arctic Fox, Eagle Cap, Host and Adventurer for starters.
There is a list under the stickys, but nothing like seeing them in person.

Bka0721 I posted I wasn't concerned about weight, that I was looking for the right camper!!!! I never once asked if my current truck would do the job or asking for help to find a model that would match my current truck so I am not concerned on other experience's. I simply asked What model campers have a slide and a dry bath?????? I am sorry if you felt I was new to TC and I am clueless But that is not the case. I am sure this tread will die now because it turned into the weight police thread. Witch is to bad because I was hoping for some knowledge and experience on different models not weight. Since it is so concerning to you, once I find the right camper If I do, and decide to purchase. I know that I will need to upgrade the truck to a 3500 or 4500 dully. but if I don't find what I am looking for then why would I buy a new truck?????????? I have been on here long enough that I should have posted that because of the weight police. MY BAD I thought a straight forward question could be answered.


Thank you to the guys that read the post and gave me some different models to look at. I hope I can find a few more than listed above.

Jefe4X4, it is always disconcerning when an OP could care less about others experiences are with 2500 series trucks and possible campers and the impact on this series trucks. Then it seems obvious, by the OP's signature, he will be pulling a boat, in addition to a much heavier camper than he is currently carrying on his 2500 series truck. Personally I would be hesitant recommending any camper that would be a challenge for a 2500 series truck, irregardless to the needed upgrades to ensure it's ability to carry the weight and dubious on safety.

Yes, with those two requirements, a 2 series truck is a stretch. Even with G rated tires, complete suspension upgrade, and a bigger anti sway bar it is iffy.
