Most cemetaries are closed at night and I wouldn't support tresspassing but I really don't see what is disrespectful about camping for the night (assuming you aren't hold a wet t-shirt contest or something crazy).
I suppose some people want thier funeral to be a dark somber affair where everybody is uncomfortable. I would rather the dress code be hawaian shirts, open bar and everyone enjoys the happy aspects of my life.
