Map of USA

I make maps as a hobby and just made this one of USA showing all public lands. I Plan on making individual maps for every state but this is the first one. Pass it on. It’s much sharper and larger if you download the file and view it. Mediafire viewer is not the best.

Did you hear about Target being hacked last summer? Do you think they were using GOOD security or just the minimum that comes from their internet provider? I was hacked a number of years ago at a (site shall remain nameless but suffice to say it is very reputable) (site was hacked also) using one of the best security systems. Just goes to show you when someone wants to get in, they can, even if only temporarily.

Have you seen the Benchmark series atlases for the Western states? We used them all the time for public lands.

The link is actually misleading. It links to the html web page that contains some Java scripts that allow you to zoom in and out, etc. The two items are the HTML code and the embedded JPG file itself. So technically the link could contain an embedded Javascript virus, but in this case it doesn't appear to.

That chart (map) is just amazing. I blew it up on the screen so lage that some of the little eastern states take the whole screen and it still looked real good. I have captured it and am trying to decide how large to print it. It will to done as a mosaic, but it will be worth the effort.
