We have been to Moab before but not with our TT. Planning to tow there in May and stay at least a week. Looking for Recommendations of local Campgrounds with hookups. I am reviewing websites but would like recommendations from you campers.

We stayed at OK RV Park, out in Spanish Valley, about 5 mi. South of Moab, away from the crowds, not a resort, but a decent CG with FHU, laundry, small store, and on Passport America, very reasonable.

We stayed at Archview, north of town very little traffic. Easy access to Arches National Park. Across road from road to Canyonlands NP and Dead Horse State park. We thought it was a perfect location, had clean restrooms and a small pool. Gas station was overpriced but available. 10 minutes to town and the rat race.

In 2016 we stayed at Spanish Trail & loved it. We just returned from a week @ Portal in late March & loved it also. We chose Portal/Resort side this time as we anticipated some rain & wanted the concrete site/patio. Portal is pricey but may be worth it if you plan to use the amenities.

We stayed at Kayenta Campground in Dead Horse State Park.
Its a mini Grand Canyon but far prettier in our opinion.
Its a ways away from Moab though, 30 miles.

Portal is fine, especially if you are in the resort side. The resort side is made up of sites they have sold, but rent as available to short term users if they are currently unoccupied.

We stayed there 5 years ago or so. The rules to stay in the resort side at that time was your RV had to be no more than 10 years old if a motorhome and no more than 5 years old if a trailer. We didn't quite make the cut with the 5th wheel we owned at the time. The standard section where we stayed was OK, but not nearly as nice and as landscaped as the resort section.

Sounds like you are looking for hookups and comfort, understandable being a week. However, I recommend 1 or 2 nights in Devil's Garden (Arches). Staying there was one of the camping experiences of our lives. It would certainly be worth a move part way through the week. IMHO

We stayed at Archview Rv park just outside of moab, and 5 mins from Arches NP, Not a bad campground, and they have a gas station on the premises.
