Lately there has been a lot of interest in viewing photos of the sites that different campgrounds have to offer. Let's start posting them to this thread and if there seems to be enough interest, perhaps we can make the thread a permanent sticky.

If you have recently posted photos of this sort, please re-post them here. If you have new ones to share, please do!

Don't forget to label the photos: Campground name, site #'s if you know them, area of campground, etc.

**A photo width of 500 works really well.

I am taking the liberty of copying here some recent photos submitted by member 'marites62'.

Fishing Bridge - This is site 60 in the B loop - back-in, full hookups (It can be tough for long trailers and 5th wheels):

More of the same site:

Colter Bay Village - This is site 40, Pull through, full hookups. It is at the end of the loop which was nice.

So this is a little different. These are photos of our last camper that we decided to set up permanently at the coast here in NC. The campground is White Oak Shores, in Stella, NC. This is about a 10 minute drive from Emerald Isle or a 20 minute boat ride to Swansboro on the Intercoastal Waterway. We sold this camper about 3 years ago, but it is still there and the new owners seem to be taking good care of it. We just visited the campground this weekend in our new TT

Wow. We haven't been on a two - three week trip in years due to changing jobs. Many Glacier looks beautiful. Although hookups are nice, give me one of those campgrounds any day. As for Lake Louise, we were there back in 2005 and I just remember side by sides unless they expanded. Either way, beautiful, just beautiful. We did have electricity while there so that was nice.

My favorite campsite in our 5100 mile trip to the Pacific Northwest.
Glacier NP, Many Glaciers Campground.
No reservations accepted and no hookups. This is hiking heaven.
Was here for only 4 days. Next time it'll be 2 weeks!

Site number 8 at Scotts Cove Campground in Alfred Maine..

Small campground with a really nice clean lake.. just 8 waterfront spots.

The view from the water looking back at the site:

..and my view while enjoying the sounds of the loons out on the lake:

The kids can go swimming right off the back of the site here.. It was a
nice relaxing stay this August..

This is not at a commercial CG. It is at the home of friends at Tilghman Island on the Eastern Shore of the Chesapeake Bay. Hate to think what a commercial site like this would go for.

Hey Karen - thanks for sharing your pictures. It brings back memories for me because we too have stayed at both of those KOA's near Glacier.
