If you ever come to Arizona avoid Palm Creek Golf and RV Resort.
Yes it looks great in the Broucher, but if your pulling a trailer with your toys, they do not have any storage facilities for it,they are turning the RV sites into Home sites and
As told to me “corporate has made a decision to get rid of Transients and focus on the permanent residents. They claim to have a plethora or activities, but if you want join any make sure to book a least six got eight months ahead as the rooms or areas are quite inadequate also if pickle ball is your passion you better a an A Player or be prepared to get either very early or very late and few court times “if available”.
Right now there are 2000 sites (do the math) 2 per site 4000 people interior traffic
Horrendous along with construction traffic (noise and Traffic), If you decide to buy a Home here be aware the the resale value will be hampered by the park as your competition as they will make deals for purchasers that you will not be able to match thus reroding you value. There are many more smaller parks in the area that are much more customer friendly.

That's the beauty of having 'wheels'. If you don't like or care for the accommodations.....start the engine, and leave.
Palm Creek is typically pretty crowded this time of year. They must be doing something right.

WOW! Sounds like a bunch of 12 year olds, or every bodies feeling their keyboard mussels. Unless you know, maybe we should cut the OP some slack. Yea, look at me being the calming force. LOL!

AMEN!

Cut the guy a break. He is spot on with his assessment of the place. I also believe he is correct with the stated number of sites within the resort. Another issue is that there is a mix of park models and RVs and in many of the areas, it doesn't appear to be with much planning. Additionally, they indeed look to be moving away from RVs to facilitate the installation of more patio homes. That certainly is their choice on how they want to run the place. However, don't criticize the poor guy for voicing his opinion.

OP signed up two days ago, made one post that reads like it was composed by a business attacking a competitor while trying to sound like an unhappy (and semi-literate) customer...

It looks a lot more like auto-correct failures to me.

Note the capitalization of certain words that don’t make any sense, like “Transient” or “Broucher”?

BTW, “brochure” is spelled exactly the same way in both French and English. It is pronounced the same way in both languages too.

Broucher.. Canadian spelling. First posts with no profile, badmouthing campgrounds or some other business, are always suspect.

Etobicoke is in Toronto so you are probably right.

We abhor the huge parks like that anyway, but it seems to be what is in AZ. We did manage to find a park in Yuma with less than 200 sites and just enough room for the toys. Not fancy, has some amenities and everything we need. We would rather stay at Walmart then a park as large as described.

I had to Google pickleball. Beating a wiffle ball back and forth over a low hanging badminton net with wooden paddles? Sounds like tennis for old guys.

That is exactly what it is! Except the net is a tennis type net, not a badminton light duty net. Palm Creek has one of the largest Pickle Ball court setups in the country. The National Pickleball Assn. Held the national 2017 championships at Palm Creek. It sounds to me like the original poster does not understand the nature of this high end resort compared to a normal RV Park. It is not really for the short term RVer stays.

What I post is my 2 cents and nothing more. Please don't read anything into my post that's not there. If you disagree, that's OK.
Can't we all just get along?
