And btw did you all know that that interest rate changes hourly? For jumbo loans it's real important 'when' you lock you loan in after being quoted.
20 people could buy an RV from the same place and obtain the same loan amount and all could have different interest rates.

Call your local credit union. Usually cheapest rates and a lot easier to deal with. We financed a portion of our MH with our CU so that we continued to have a loan someplace. They had the deal taken care of in three days from an out of state private seller.
