Need opinions on price

I'm looking for anyone's 2 cents on what they think this is worth 2013 Mobile Suites. At first I was thinking it was on the high side but, after looking around I'm not so sure. Really would like to move up to a fiver for my campground host job coming up in Spring 2015.

If they are selling because they are ordering a new one of the same brand then it means to me that they were happy enough with the unit to buy another one.
If they answered "health Reasons", that would be another good reason for selling a so new unit. I guess I'm a people person and take interest in others logic. Maybe a "too big" answer would indicate that they maybe purchased a unit that did not fit their needs. Maybe they like fully wooded and smaller campgrounds or are more of the "boondock" type.
The last trailer I traded was so I could change and upgrade to a better manufacture. Of course my answer at the time was I found my "Dream Unit"

Nice. Its all set up with everything i would want. Too bad i am a few years away. Need a good Dually to haul it though.
The questions can be answered if you could e-mail direct. Would likly get some answers before going to investigate. That would be the first question i would ask. Then in person to see if the story changes, Or is evasive then no deal.

Because it could be a lemon from the git-go. If they get all evasive and don't have a good answer I would look very closely. If finances change they could just say so without being specific.

The reason they are selling is they ordered a new unit at the national rally . I have seen this unit and it's just like new!

MSRP runs 140-150. Our snowbird weight runs 27.5K combined, MS is 19.5K. MS is rated at 18.5K but after email to DRV said same rig as ES which is rated at 20K and I can go to that weight. Very nice rig.

When I was looking for my new fiver, I could buy a brand new Mobile Suites (not Elite) for lower to mid $70's. I think its high. Shop carefully. Phillip

Why are they selling?
Might want to see if you can make a deal on the truck/ trailer combo.
You can always offer less and see what happens. I'm thinking the ballpark is close but just a tad to the high side to allow for negation.
Here's a 2014 at a Dealer in the same ballpark.

It sure LOOKS like it was well loved!! That goes a long way... If I was looking to make a jump like that , I would be there in person looking at it.. AND If I got it , I would change the bead spread first !:B

If you haven't found it already, post this on the Suites owners forum. It's www.suitesowners.com. You can sign up with very little information and ask actual owners anything you like. It's not connected to Drv, just an owner's site to share info or issues.

I think that's a great price for a 2013 39'. We were thinking of getting a 38' (we have a 36') and we were looking at a 2012 38', he was asking 76k.

That's a high-end unit. Very nice. Not sure if your 250 is up to the job however.
