Removed the defective WFCO Converter and replaced with PowerMax Boondocker unit. Installation was simple...nice to have power again.

Unfortunately the failure of the WFCO converter ruined my batteries...I'll be replacing those next week.

Forgot, installed a variable speed pump before the holidays. At first was not impressed, still too noisy (old one was leaking). Then after it broke in it quieted down real nice. It's still just as noisy at full flow put if you're just flushing or using the bathroom sink you can hardly hear it.

I likey!

I did this a while back and yeah, at full flow, it is noisy, but full flow can be two sinks at once now.

WOW people sure are busy on their toyhaulers ๐Ÿ™‚

We dropped ours off for warranty work on the little minor things found after we got it. Service has it know for a good bit.

The Dexter EZ-Flex was the best thing I ever did for me and my toyhauler. It makes the ride soooooo much better. You don't even notice the bridge joints anymore.
I'm hoping it will help on concrete highways. With the OEM suspension the chucking is terrible.

Joe,

Please report back once you've tested it out on the road. I have the same all steel stock suspension on my '11 Voltage, and am looking at the EZ Flex and wet bolts.
I now have about 3000 miles on the setup. I think it took some of the harshness out of the ride but there might be a tiny bit more bounce.

On I75 from Detroit to Toledo the chucking and bouncing was terrible (as usual). Could of other concrete roads were terrible on our trip to Arizona.

I'm now looking at an air pin box or air hitch. It would be nice to drop a TS3 into my existing rails. Pretty much hate the Reese 20K hitch I have - creaking groaning flexing etc. but I wonder if the TS3 helps with the chucking - saw a report on Heartland forum that it made no difference.

Can anybody recommend a knowledgeable dealer for TS3?
