Kent in Texas,
Please know I am happy for you, but also I need your help to know how to go about doing what you did to get WW to fix my 2007 FS 2300 (which was one year old yesterday and sitting at dealership for past 4 months.)
What do you mean "unmentionable?" What did you do? I need your help! I'll do it too!
WW just keeps talking down to me and passing me off.
Does WW treat men owners differently from women owners? Are there any women owners out there that have gotten the repairs done? If they cheat women owners and not men owners, can one of you guys call WW for me and talk tough? Guess they aren't worried about a 5'4" tall woman cutomer?
Jamie was going to find Max Villa about my repairs and never called back. Jim Goodwin has all the info on my trailer and never called back, never answers my calls either. (Curious though that Jim talks to you guys?) His new boy from Rag'N, Dave Montti, told me and a dealer representative that I could get a lawyer and sue my dealership in Fayetteville, GA. My dealer, Scotty, in Georgia said WW is "P.O.'d" with him for telling them to come get their 12 new units off his lot because he's not selling them with "no warranty" and that's why WW is trying to make him the fall guy.
Montti said "he never touched my coach, that I have to go back to my dealer for repairs." (It's been at a dealership for 4 months awaiting approval from WW for the warranty repairs.) Of couse that's true, Dave was working for Rag'N last year and couldn't have "touched my coach" and at that time I was being given the WW run around by Shawn who no longer works for WW. But, dear Dave Montti, your new company built my defective "coach" before you got there. I know you, Dave, "didn't touch my coach," but the guy paying you did, he built it which is what a lawyer can explain to you.
So, guys, can you help me or not?

Well I got my WW FS2500 back yesterday from the WW factory in Cali. They had a truck deliver it to my house and I have to say I am VERY VERY happy with work they did.
Sorry, didn't see this post when I posted above! OOPS!!!! Great news. I have spoken to Jamie and Jim several times in the past 2 weeks. They don't know if the company will survive but they have been very upfront with me concerning my questions and getting my coach back to me. Heres' hoping.....
Yep Ive been talking to Jamie, Jim and Mark about the company and my trailer. Mark even answers his own phone when he is at his desk. They where great people do deal with and made sure I got my trailer back when I needed it. All the work I needed done was done great. Trailer was washed inside and out carpet cleaned and vacuumed and floors cleaned. I am very happy. My trailer is over 2 years old also, so I believe I was actually out of warranty

WW update: No call back from Jamie today, nor did Max Villa call. Jamie said she was going to go search for Max and it might take a couple of hours to locate him to schedule my repairs.
No call from Jim Goodwin at WW who had the information for a week. (and, If Shawn told the truth then Jim has had our information for months.) They are supposedly sorry that Shawn, who is no longer employed by WW, messed us around for 4 months.
The dealership's phone call today was shuffled off to the new guy, Monty from Rag'N, who is at Jim/ Jamie's extension. He said he is new on the scene and he is obviously the new "NO" guy who specializes in getting rid of the caller. He wanted to blame the "authorized dealer" who filed a warranty repair with WW for repair of the front cap on our unit before it was ever delivered to us. The same "authorized dealer" approved by WW that does not have a facility to do repairs nor the technicians. Why did WW "authorize" this dealer? Maybe he'll like knowing he's their new fall guy? We had to move our new trailer months ago 160 miles to an "authorized dealer" who does have a shelter for our WW to prevent further damage.
Our WW is one year old today. Happy and Birthday it is not.
Monty, the new "NO" guy was going to go to Jim to see what they can do for us. I'm sure they will cheat right.
Hey, Memphis, Tenn could you call your father-in-law Mark for me?
