If he hits a dibit or something hard in the road its going to ripe the front lifts right off that 5th wheel..

Where was this at, I suspect the south east but no offence to anyone there.

I am thinking that the 5th wheel hitch failed and the owner just chained the 5er to the rear bumper of the truck.

Maybe a joke or just to get it off the highway. Practically speaking there are some big issues. With a short tongue there is no adequate turning angle. No weight distribution or sway control with a trailer that is 'tail' heavy with lots of sail area. So, quickly the rear bumper of the truck would be trashed and the hitch would break off the trailer frame. Or, just spill a soft drink under the truck tires, traction goes to zero and nothing moves unless 4wd.

He's definitely overcome the tongue weight limit problem- look how much "lift" there is on the back of the truck! :B

I didn't even think that was possible. It looks like its very close to lifting the trucks back wheels off the ground. They must have loaded everything they could into the back of the trailer.

The first questions I would if I'm the cop that pulls him are:

What the hell do you think you're doing?

Where are your tail light/brake lights?

Where's your license plate?

Step out of the vehicle for a field sobriety test.
