I just picked up this pellet smoker a few weeks ago to take in the RV. The legs fold up and are used as a carry handle. I have used it at home a few times and works great. Cooked hamburgers, filet mignon, smoked chicken and smoked salmon. Going to try a pork butt maybe this weekend. Will run on 12v or 110
We also carry this three burner stove and accessories.

Grill
We have had a George Forman (round ) Electric grill for the last 5 years and it works great.Gets VERY hot if you want it too. Has a ribbed solid surface teflon like grill> Plugs into the outside patio plug and keeps the smoke etc outside No flame easy clean up. We also carry a small charcoal grill for some occasions but the electric gets used the Most.

Sorry, I didn't understand your post. I'm from the Southeast where BBQ is a dish made from pork with either a vinegar or a ketchup-based sauce.... not an action or a piece of equipment... lol! J/K with ya.....

Years ago, like 47 years ago, when we were first married, our favorite cooking device was a Farberwear...an electric barbecue of sorts. Loved it.
