We've been with Triumphe Casualty for three years and my premium just went up so I thought I'd shop around. Got any good recommendations for good full-timers coverage? Especially if you were with Triumphe and moved on, I'd love to know where you went. I did check with Geico and they were higher than Triumphe with a bit less coverage.

thanks-

As we live in the country, we asked about rat and mice coverage. To our surprise alot do not cover!! They can do major damage to the wiring and it's very expensive to repair. We went with Progressive as they cover if rv is moved every few weeks. Just something to think about!!!Safe travels.....

We had Geico for the last 10 years. A runaway truck hit our RV several years ago and they completely took care of us (the agent checked in with us everyday until the claim was fixed we were on the road at that time). Great service and they never raised our rates! Good Luck in whoever you choose.

Get a quote from Progressive. Keep in mind that their rate will also include a good road service contract.

I fit in with Mr Bear 2.
All my other policies are written through State Farm, rental properties, home, auto, liability, etc...For some reason they just don't know anything about RVs, they treat them like big cars.
Progressive has been quite fair to us over the last dozen or so years. We had one claim and they handled it well. Two or three road service calls...the subcontractor they use really needs to get it's act together. When we tell you we are in a 36ft DP and specifically tell you it will require medium duty or higher tow service LISTEN to us. Last time they never did send a tow...State Police got us a tow...and the tire guy that showed didn't even have tools. 😞

I searched different insurance companies and found the best deal through a broker that was Poli-Seek but recently changed to AIS. They found a policy through Progressive that was 50% cheaper than Allstate that I had at the time.
So far I have gotten good service from Progressive on a "not my fault" accident.

I have been with AAA insurance for 12 years. I had a claim one time on a 5th wheel where I bent the frame and they took VERY good care of me. I now have a class A DP and it costs me $441/year for full coverage.
