Favorite hand held meal?

I like the hand-pies/bridies/pasties filled with meat, mushrooms and onions with a side of gravy.

What's your favorite hand-held meal?

You mean I have to have one favorite? LOL
Right now I'm making Chinese dumplings so I guess that's my current fav.
Next week I start on empanadas so I'm sure I'll be loving them for a bit.

derouen6 - Sorry about that. I have to work with what I can get from HEB. It's best to heat, split the casing and dump it on a plate here. When I was in Lake Charles I would often get it from the Boudin King in Jennings. Don't think they vacuum package it for travel anymore. Have to settle for what I can get around Breux Bridge when I pass through on I10 now (which is rare these days).

DougE.
Boudin in our neck of the woods is not greasy. You would be thrown out of Louisiana if caught eating boudin with a fork and knife.

Frito pie made in an individual bag of Fritos. That's chili, shredded cheese, onion, and Fritos mixed together and eaten with a spoon.

While driving: Corned beef on Rye, touch of sauerkraut, touch of mustard.

At the picnic table: Genuine Polish hotdog with mustard, relish, onions, and mustard. That would be my favorite while driving as well, except I'd just have to dab the mustard and relish on my shirt first to get that out of the way.
