Dometic RV Toilet

I'm thinking about replacing my plastic Thetford toilet with a Dometic 320 with hand sprayer. I like the idea of a full size residential seat and china bowl. Does anyone have this model? If so, I'd like to hear your pros and cons. Thanks.

Read your clicky again, it says: Does not replace flush ball & shaft on 300, 310, and 320 series Dometic toilets. Metal pedal includes metal lever with 2-piece plastic cover.

I've never had a RV that had a sprayer, so I've never missed what I've never had.

A plastic plug (1/2 inch I think) and the sprayer goes away. We sold a dozen or so of the 320s last summer. Whenever someone comes in for a toilet part, I tell them the story about me rebuilding my entire toilet one part at a time (having to rent a car to go get parts) and spending several times the cost of a new 320.

We have the 320 w/o the sprayer. Was one of the first upgrades of our 5er. Like it a lot.

I never use the sprayer but I didn't refuse to buy it because it has one.

Our dometic is self cleaning. Low water pressure could be a problem but it works for us.

We have the Dometic in our '16 Rockwood Signature. It's nice. Uses more water per flush than the Bravura in our previous TT (which also had a sprayer), but due to the many jets of water under the rim of the Dometic, we rarely need the sprayer.

One thing to consider is if you have any kind of cabinet or shower door that has to swing over the toilet, make sure the new comde isn't too tall.
I replaced ours one time and the shower door cleared it by less than 1/4"!

We use our sprayed often Sometimes things just don't go neatly down the drain and you can use the sprayer immediately to keep the toilet free of smears. It's also helpful after cleaning the toilet and you want to rinse the interior surfaces of the bowl.
