I once saw something similar to this near the tomato fields in SC. Saw five little kids with dirty clothes and no shoes crawling out of it. Migrant workers maybe?

This is a case for being pro 10 year rule and safety inspections as PackerBacker and JJBIRISH posted. I can only imagine what kind of shape the chassis is in!!!
